Is there a subscription?
No. Every package is a one-time payment. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
When do I pay?
Only after you have seen your finished photo. Taking photos and checking them is free.
Why is the price different in my country?
We set prices by region so that the photo costs less than a local photo studio everywhere. Inside the EU there is one price for every country.
What does the Photo Acceptance Guarantee cover?
If an authority rejects your photo for a reason our tool checks (photo size, head size or position, background, digital file size or dimensions, or the printed size when printed at 100%), we refund what you paid. Claims within 90 days, no photo needed.
