Which tool do I need?
To get a photo under a KB limit or to exact pixels, use the Photo resizer. For a signature upload, use the Signature resizer. To see if a photo you have meets passport or visa rules, use the Passport photo checker. To print copies of a finished photo, use the print template.
Can these tools turn any picture into a passport photo?
